Small Group Training is a Great Way To Stay Motivated
There’s no doubt that when people come together they can achieve great things when it comes to fitness goals. Having the support of family, friends, and people with similar goals goes a long way. Dan prefers to keep his groups small (2-3) to provide a high level of service to each individual.
